Thank you Sylvia. Once again I give you credit for inspiration. Your photograph of the orchard and monastery has given me a model to work with landscape photography.
How are you today my sister? Your recent photographs seem to indicate you have been in a monastery. Are you taking a retreat? The one thing I miss from my days as a Franciscan is the peace and quiet I found while in our small chapel. It was almost enough to move me to believe in God. Today is a melancholy day for me. I read too much sad poetry this morning. Now I must seek something to inspire happiness! This little conversation with you is a good start.

That’s great, to inspire people :o), that really makes me happy … no, I have not taken a retreat, quite the contrary was the case. I was there because one of my cousins was playing there (she plays the Saxophone). While the were soundchecking I went with my other cousin to see the monastry and the surroundings. In the evening we were at the concert, it was great, very inspiring too, wonderful musicians, great music. Hope you could find some happiness for today!!! Silvia (with two i’s ;o) )
