Love the effect here. I’ve been thinking much about the idea of “glitch art”. I think that’s a thing. Seems to me I’ve heard it mentioned.
Having trouble keeping up with your heavy posting of late, Ron. I’ve been peaking and there is much I wish to comment on but my time has not been my own. Was also without a computer for a while and I HATE typing more than a few words via my phone and I wish to say much more.
Rest assured that I’ll be back. Hopefully later today.
Peace!
Don’t sweat it J, I am an old retired dude with way too much time on my hands for my own good. I spend most of my time thinking about drinking more wine, which is better than the actual drinking of more wine, and hanging about the house waiting for inspiration to shoot a rocket up my butt.
I am still rocked by your poem “A Death of Memory Poem.” The poem is truly inspiring. And I get All my inspiration from other poets.
I have been inspired by Silvia over at diespringerin who I met thanks to you. There’s something about her and her photographs that just makes me want to use my camera and write like I used to. Then I got connected with a poet at ‘along the interstice’ who also seems to have a good effect on my creative juices. Don’t know why, don’t care, just enjoying it.
Thank you Ron–and I totally agree about Silvia’s work. Very inspiring. She makes me want to grab my camera. She makes me feel that I am not looking at the world closely or clearly enough.
Just started following Eliot as well, thanks to you. Love that blog title.
I keep saying I’ll do a blog post about how the name came about but to be honest, I’m not really sure. Well, I think I remember but memory is a funny thing and I have thought an awful lot about this phrase now for five years or so.
Funny side-note. I am still shocked at how many hard-core christians follow me. If they only knew. But they are almost exclusively one-stop-wonders that follow me and then never seem to show up again. I have thought as well of doing an “In the interest of full disclosure…” post too, but…pfft. Whatever.
Amazing what the use of one little word can do.
